How to Set Up cPanel Email Accounts on Outlook or Gmail App

If you’re using our hosting service and want to access your company emails through the Gmail app, Outlook, Zoho, or any other mail application, here are the settings you need to use.

Key Email Settings:

  • Incoming & Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • IMAP (Incoming) Port: 993
  • SMTP (Outgoing) Port: 465
  • Connection Security: SSL/TLS
  • Username: Your full email address
  • Password: Your email password (same as your webmail login)
  • Applies to: All mail applications on both computers and mobile devices

Setting Up Email on Windows Outlook App

  1. Open the Outlook application.
  2. Click Add Account.
  3. Enter your email address and click Continue.
  4. Choose IMAP as the account type.
  5. Enter the following details:
    • Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com (Port 993, SSL/TLS)
    • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com (Port 465, SSL/TLS)
  6. Enter your email password and click Connect.

Once configured, your email should be successfully added to Outlook. You can now send and receive emails using your company address.

Example: If your domain is shukuruamos.com, your mail server will be mail.shukuruamos.com.

Adding Your Email to the Gmail App (Android & iOS)

  1. Open the Gmail app.
  2. Tap on your profile icon (top right corner on Android) and select Add another account.
  3. Choose Other (IMAP/POP) as the account type.
  4. Enter your email address and tap Manual Setup.
  5. Select IMAP and enter the following settings:
    • Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com (Port 993, SSL/TLS)
    • Outgoing Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com (Port 465, SSL/TLS)
    • Username: Your full email address
    • Password: Your email password
  6. Tap Next and complete the setup process.

Your email should now be successfully configured on the Gmail app, allowing you to send and receive messages seamlessly.
